Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription refunds, cancellations, and billing dispute procedures for Review Ninja.

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and add-ons purchased from Webteam Private Limited for Review Ninja. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions are sold for fixed terms (e.g. 1-year or 2-year plans) as selected at checkout.
  • Access begins upon successful payment and account activation unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless we explicitly offer and you opt in to renewal; otherwise you must purchase a new term before or after expiry.

3. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of future renewals (if applicable) or close your account by emailing billing@reviewninja.in. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current prepaid term unless stated below.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in the following circumstances:

  • Cooling-off period: If you request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription activation and have not materially used paid features (defined as more than 50 review actions, published microsite live with significant traffic, or downloaded QR assets for production use), we will refund the subscription fee paid, less any payment gateway charges we cannot recover.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge: We will refund duplicate payments or proven billing errors.
  • Service failure: If we are unable to provision your account or deliver core subscribed features due to our fault for more than 7 consecutive days from your written notice, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the term.
  • Printed QR standees: Physical standees that have entered production or shipping are non-refundable. Defective or damaged standees reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Refunds are generally not available for: change of mind after the cooling-off period; partial use of the term; add-on review packs already consumed; or violations of our Terms leading to account termination.

5. Refund Process

  1. Email billing@reviewninja.in with your registered email, invoice number, and reason for the request.
  2. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to Razorpay and banking timelines.
  4. GST invoices already issued may be adjusted via credit note as per applicable tax law.

6. Billing Disputes

Raise billing queries within 7 working days of an invoice date, as noted on your invoice. We will investigate and correct verified errors promptly.

7. GST

GST is charged at 18% (9% CGST + 9% SGST for Karnataka intra-state supplies, or IGST for inter-state supplies) on taxable services. Our GSTIN is 27AABCU9603R1ZM. Refunds of taxable amounts include proportional tax where applicable.
